The consistent exclusion worth knowing up front: we're a wood-framing contractor, so structural steel (moment frames, steel columns and beams) is by others. LVLs, glulams, sisters, and wood structural work stay in our scope. Every proposal lists its exclusions explicitly so nothing surfaces as a surprise change order.
